  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most of our products take 4-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order, please allow 2-3 hours to ship from our facility located at 8 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON M4P 0C1, Canada.
  • WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? As soon as the product is shipped out, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information and other details pertaining to delivery. We provide comprehensive tracking so you can stay informed about your purchase every step of the way.

  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? Yes! We offer refunds if you meet the following conditions: (1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive them using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives. (2) Email us at contact@jervix.com with your Name, Order Number, and any information explaining why you are requesting a refund.
